Financial Planning

As your personal financial advocate, our financial planning process is multifaceted and offers a comprehensive, holistic approach that enables you to make better financial decisions. We combine personal service with technology to create a financial plan that is highly efficient, easy to understand and easy to implement and monitor your progress.  The plan includes:

1.   Your own personal financial website with a unique User ID and Password that can be accessed from anywhere there is an internet connection.  The host website has the highest security available - 128 bit encryption - and has never been breached.

2.   Your investment account information (can include bank accounts, credit card balances, car loans, and mortgage loans if you wish) is updated nightly so you have an updated net worth statement every morning.

3.   You have the ability to give limited access to other parties you feel could benefit, such as your CPA or Attorney.

4.   Cash flow analysis and planning helps us to prioritize your financial goals and then work together to attain them.

5.   A needs analysis for your specific situation is completed.  Modules include:

    a.  Accumulation,
    b.  Annuity Income (including Social Security, and pensions),
    c.  Asset Allocation,
    d.  Asset Protection,
    e.  Business Insurance,
    f.   Disability,
    g.  Education,
    h.  Estate Planning,
    i.   Financial Statements,
    j.   Human Life Value,
    k.  Life Insurance Needs,
    l.   Long-term Care, and
   m. Retirement.

 6.   Automated alerts inform us if a portion of your financial plan needs immediate attention so we can take action if warranted in a timely manner.

7.   The financial plan can be reviewed from anywhere there is an internet connection.  So, if you are unable to come to our office, just login to your website and we can review the plan with you via a phone call.

8.   You have access to an online vault where you can store images of important documents (such as insurance policies, passports, birth certificates) in a secure location for instant retrieval.  The vault also includes a personal folder where only you can store/view/retrieve documents such as family pictures.

A complete financial plan will take between 10 and 25 hours from data gathering to final presentation. Meetings with other professionals, if necessary, such as an estate planning attorney, CPA, etc. may add additional time to this estimate. Based on our rate of $175 per hour, the financial plan fee should be between $1,750 to $4,375.
